Hawaii Reopens August 1

More news became available this past week regarding the State of Hawaii reopening to travelers. Specifically, beginning August 1 any person arriving into the state will not have to fulfill the 14 day quarantine if they have a negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of arrival.
