An interview with Larry Doud – CEO of Rochester Drug Cooperative (RDC) Mr. Larry Doud serves as Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Director of Rochester Drug Cooperative, Inc. Mr. Doud joined RDC in 1987. Throughout his career Mr. Doud has been one of the most influential and deeply committed executives to Independent Pharmacy in marketplace. Before joining RDC he spent twenty-two years in sales positions including Vice President of Sales with two national wholesalers. He oversees RDC's entire operation and reports directly to Board of Directors. Being widely known throughout the industry he also serves in various organizations such as Pharmacy First. RDC is a true dividend-paying regional wholesale drug cooperative – a marriage of a traditional drug distribution company, a buying cooperative, and a private long-term investment structure formed for the sole benefit of pharmacist-entrepreneurs.
