21: Howard Behar on Leadership, Virtue and Values
Howard Behar was one of the three leaders who built the Starbucks organization and has recently launched his second book on Leadership, The Magic Cup. Howard is committed to exchanging ideas and creating dialogue around the way we lead ourselves and others in organizations today. An advocate of the Servant Leadership Model, Howard also addresses the role personal leadership plays in our individual lives.
