How to deal with histamine intolerance during eczema & TSW - S5E23

Have you ever dealt with histamine intolerance or have you had to try a low-histamine diet?
 
Everyone releases histamine, but when our body is not able to regulate it, then it becomes a problem when we release too much histamine. 

Sometimes, eczema symptoms may stick around, even after modifying to an anti-inflammatory diet. Unfortunately, healthy foods that are excellent for their anti-inflammatory properties, like fish, avocados, eggplant, spinach, tomatoes, bacon, or other dried and citrus fruits can be high in histamine. 

Just keep in mind that a “healthy diet” doesn’t always mean one that’s low in histamine.
