Tonglen for Others (10 min)

The age-old Buddhist practice of Tonglen can be used to help another person or people who are in pain. If there is someone who is suffering, or some group of people, and you would like to help and support them with your love, you can use this technique to do just that. Tonglen means giving and receiving and in this meditation you will do just that, receiving their suffering and giving your love.
