023 - It's Been A While Huh? We're Back
Healing ourselves for better relationships is important for our communities, nation and continent. Many of us were taught to live out of fear, which leads to emotional unavailability. This leads to silent, manipulative abuses because we quietly and unknowingly consent to or teach people how to treat us by carrying our fear, hurt and lack patterns and habits into relationships. We're not speaking about walking around with black eyes, but walking around emotionally battered with our heads down, shoulders slumped and speechless. Our silence is deafening; it screams that this is normal behavior for men/women who are behaving badly toward us. This is what the podcast will start covering in detail. I promise to empower you in a new way in 2021 going forward. I will be doing a lot of introspective work personally, so that it can translate into my content and help others heal themselves for better relationships.
