Using BDNF And Exercise To Create Targeted Neuroplasticity With Michael Lovich

SHOW NOTES BDNF means Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor. Neuroplasticity means the brain’s ability to change, in response to an external stimulus… for better or worse. In this session, Dr Michael Lovich helps us understand how we can increase our BDNF production with exercise (and some other ways) to improve healing during the rehab process. I met Dr. Lovich at a seminar in 2017. We talked about some new concepts surrounding rehab over a drink at the hotel bar. It was so interesting I thought we needed to hear more of his concepts on the show.
