in this #Back2basicsPodcast, We have invited Mr. Umair is the CEO of Datics AI, a technology product development company. He can best be described as a passionate and driven data scientist with the dream and vision to make Datics AI the frontrunner in the IT industry and help global companies grow using technology, with his revolutionary management skills and with the specialized aim and focus of catering to client satisfaction through attention to detail and open feedback channels.  Due to Umair’s excellent leadership skills and business acumen, he has been able to build a multi-million-dollar organization in the short span of 3 years. Before this, Umair spent time exercising his professional and business skills at prominent companies in the IT industry, both nationally and internationally. As a result of his tireless effort that translated into phenomenal growth for Datics AI, Umair was awarded as the “Dynamic Entrepreneur of the Year'' by the honorable President of Pakistan, H.E. Dr. Arif Alvi at a Ceremony held in President House in September 2021. At the age of 25, Umair is the youngest CEO ever to receive this honor. This laid the foundation for prosperous development and room for tremendous growth in the exponential future for the company.  In March 2022, Under Umair’s leadership, Datics was awarded the milestone achievement of being the ‘Best Software House 2022’ of Pakistan by the honorable President of Pakistan, H.E. Dr. Arif Alvi. To be granted such an award was an esteemed honor which was mentioned and highlighted on several news channels (national and local), tv shows, and social media news curators with a focus on Datics' exemplary progress and remarkable strides in growth, development, and commitment to excellence.

Additionally, Umair's work has been featured in a number of blogs and tv shows highlighting his dynamic success and achievements with his multiple initiatives. He has also been invited to multiple TV shows to discuss and elaborate on his work and vested interests.  Paying back to society has always been a major focus for Umair. He strives to accomplish this with his nascent initiative Tech Nation and recently signed an MoU with the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) where Datics will conduct IT Bootcamps for the youth of Pakistan and equip hundreds of students with the in-demand technical skills to meet the shortage of workforce in the respective sector. Umair is also a part of many other social ventures that focus on empowering the youth with technical skills and consequently reducing unemployment.
