In this episode of the BACK 2 BASICS PODCAST, we have invited Dr. Zunaira Saqib who is the founder and CEO of Pakistan's first AI-based career counseling website, www.merafuture.pk. She is also an experienced academic and HR Consultant with over fifteen years of experience. She has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Leicester, UK, and Masters in HRD and Consulting from Lancaster University, UK. She has been teaching various subject courses to Undergraduates and Postgraduates since 2010 at NUST Business School. She has over 15 publications in reputable journals, Harvard publishing, and international conferences. Her HR consultancy experience spreads over 10 years in the areas of HR planning, capacity building, Diversity and Inclusion, HRD, and nonprofit sector outreach.
