Then, Jordan travels to the Arts District to sit down with Katianna and John Hong at their Korean American elevated soul food destination, Yangban to talk bowls of pork curry, a bubbie's matzah balls, the low hanging fruit of the chicken wing, and all sorts of fine dining and fried things.
