In this episode I talk about my thought process before the holidays and how I approach them, whether I want to gain, lose or maintain. Resources: Spadafora Family Nut Roll Recipe PASTRY 7 cups all purpose flour (2 lbs flour) 1 3/4 cups butter, melted (3.5 sticks) 3 eggs 1/2 pint sour cream 1 packet yeast = (rapid rise) 2 ¼ tsp 2 tsp powdered sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla Mix sour cream and yeast: add flour and rest of ingredients.
