Susie Stephen on Running and Yoga
I am excited to have Susie Stephen as the first Running On Om interviewee. Susie is an accomplished long-distance runner, yoga teacher, and founder of the Yoga for the Long Run blog. Susie started running cross-country age 11 in England, where she is from and continued running throughout her schooling, competing for Northern Arizona University’s Division 1 cross-country and track team. Susie nows lives in Hawaii and has had numerous overall and age group wins in trail and road races.
