Sha Hagiel joins us on this episode of the podcast as he talks about his journey from South Florida all the way to the academy of Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel. A true student of the game, Sha talks about his own journey from coaching small group sessions and high school for 14 hours a day to eventually getting an opportunity in college soccer and then betting on himself in Israel and getting a salary at Maccabi Tel Aviv, one of the powerhouses of Israeli football. Sha talks about his non negotiables for a successful training session and gives some golden nuggets on the qualities of a modern goalkeeper.
