Happy Friday beer geeks! This week we discuss our latest homebrew odyssey – this time using a dried version of Verdant Brewing Co's house yeast made by Lallemand. As well as exploring what's possible with amazing yeast, we also accidentally make a CO2 bomb, discuss how Punk IPA is underrated, insult Samuel L Jackson and do silly voices when quoting homebrewers. So we're winning friends everywhere we turn.
