Listen friends, we all feel imposter syndrome — yes, even me! In fact, I’ve been in some really dark places with it before. But as I’ve struggled, I’ve also learned how to pull myself out of that space. So I’m sharing my five steps for breaking out of imposter syndrome with you today. 

We’ll dig into why we all feel imposter syndrome sometimes, how to reconnect to our gratitude and pride in our accomplishments, and why the comparison game makes imposter syndrome worse.  And, I’m reminding you of this simple truth: to truly break out of imposter syndrome, we have to find a way to regain trust in ourselves that we CAN achieve our goals.
