Laura Sedgwick, 33. What an empowered, compassionate, badass woman... Laura was an Army Brat who grew up in country Victoria on an Ostrich Farm, she left school and home at 16, was hospitalised due to her drugs and partying lifestyle at 18, saving herself she joined the army at 19, becoming a paramedic and nurse. She immersed herself into bodybuilding for a time. And fell in love with, and was preparing to marry, an American man...ring, dress, ready to move to the USA... when she discovered he was already married with children. Laura now works with the veteran mentors program supporting kids with behavioural, addiction and disability issues, she assists at women’s refuges, is a CrossFit coach at CrossFit About Life, runs her own beauty business from home - specialising in dermal, skin needling and bb glow. and she offers online coaching - training and nutrition.
