Based in the UK and founders of Ketogenic Generaton, John and Zoe give advice, talks and consultations on both a Ketogenic Lifestyle and exercise. They also run a website called shrinkthatfat.co.uk. They are Ambassadors for The Public Health Collaboration, (a charitable organization, which promotes a low carbohydrate approach for Type Two Diabetics) They have been able to persuade employees of our National Health Service to consider other approaches in health care.
