Energy: What are specific things that affect my energy and what can I do for them myself?

In this program Dr. Anderson will take a deeper dive into “how” energy is made, the mechanics of the process and how that can relate to common energy draining situations. How the brain’s perception of energy affects how we feel and how the energy producing mitochondria in our cells create what we feel as “energy” will be discussed. Common things anyone can do to raise the body’s energy as well as diet and supplement ideas will be outlined. The basics of the medical causes of low energy will be given also.
