After a decade of starting and selling small businesses, Cary Heise married her business experience and love for mission work to launch nonprofit Designed For Joy in 2017. After years of financially and prayerfully supporting artisan groups around the world, Cary was inspired to create a US brand modeled by fair trade business. Designed For Joy is 2 years old and has hired 34 women honoring her city's living wage. Cary is a wife and mom to teens. She's a big believer in small steps of faith. She's an 8 with a 7 wing.
