I recorded this episode sitting by the side of a big lake during my last trip up to the north from Saint-Petersburg.

I came up with this podcast idea when I was talking to locals in a small northern village. I was pleasantly surprised by their openness and hospitality.

P.S. In the episode I was wrong in the beginning calling the city Приозерск, it's called Петрозаводск.
