How “PCP” Got Me Through Ironman Louisville – PTP136

In this episode of Hey Plant Trainers, Adam briefly discusses his experiences at Ironman Louisville last weekend and spends more time explaining how PCP (not the drug) helped him complete his most successful swim to date. Adam basically taught himself to swim in 2012 and has really become terrific in the water. From not being able to swim a 25-meter lap to finishing last weekend’s 2.4-mile swim in 1:05 is pretty impressive. The secret to his success in his Ironman swim lies in his PCP Principle. Have a listen and learn more about this principle and how it can be applied to virtually any aspect of anyone’s life!
