Do not fall for the gimmick, Clinical Research companies are starting to offer unlimited vacation time trying to be 'cool' and 'hip'. This is a gimmick and is in fact does not have the intended effect. Companies may be offering this policy trying to make it look like you can take as much vacation as you want but that is in fact not what actually happens.
