Culture, Culture, Culture! Head Girls Basketball Coach Jonathan Lee was gracious to join me on this episode to bring his 13 years experience as a Head Girls Basketball Coach and Educator to the Pod. Coach Lee is a personal friend of mine and it was a joy to hear him give a clinic on his program's cultural and defensive approaches which are second to none! With over 100 wins as a 5A Head Coach (and playoff appearances), Coach shares plenty of knowledge useful for coaches of all experience levels. He is even working on his Ph.D! He was an assistant at Flower Mound Marcus HS for 5 years, a Head Coach at Lake Dallas HS for 6 years, and he is currently in his 2nd year as the Girls Head Coach at Lebanon Trail HS where he also teaches CTE. Coach Lee, his Wife Jacqie(both A&M grads), and their daughter Katelyn are thankful for Faith, Family, Friends, Players, and fellow Coaches.
