NEVER TURN DOWN FULL SCHOLARSHIPS *from private universities*
Before starting college, I was offered an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy. At the same EXACT time, I received a full tuition scholarship to a private university. While I gained a lot of great friendships, I lost quite a bit of cash (federal student loans). I shot myself in the foot but I rebounded!!
