Her and her husband, Basel Fanous, are a powerhouse black belt couple entrenched into the art and a great example for many BJJ families around the world. Yara competes across multiple federations and organizations of Jiu Jitsu and she teaches women at the famous Team Nogeuira Gym in Dubai, U.A.E.
