Joel may best be know as the host of A&E’s hit series “Scraps” and it seems like we always see him making an appearance on the NBC Today Show. He’s also got a book “Cooking Scrappy” and every time we see him he’s got some other amazing idea in the works. (I mean who launches their own TV network with free content on cooking delicious AND sustainable foods.)
