Turning Ageing into an Advantage
Ageism is as present as racism and sexism, it's time for a change. In my new episode I turn 9 judgements and/or fears about ageing into an advantage, or I at least question their truth. What if the fear of getting old has more to do about the present moment and or level of happiness and self-love today, than of getting old?
