Dr. Benjamin Perkus is a licensed psychologist who had a private practice for 20 year. Several years ago he decided to combined his love of essential oils with the principles of energy psychology, and he created a new process called The Aroma Freedom Technique. This process was shown to be so effective that he left his practice and created an online certification program that has trained over 800 practitioners in 49 states and 23 countries.  He has been an advocate for using Essential Oils, specifically Young Living Essential Oils, for emotional regulation since 2001.
