Often in life, we can get too comfortable. Even when things are difficult, it can feel easier to continue on your current path than to make the necessary changes to improve your life. Let’s move beyond the idea of setting a singular resolution every new year. Let’s challenge ourselves to find ways to consistently take small steps towards improving our lives.
