Stocks Mixed as Investors Digest Central Bank Announcements
U.S. equities closed mixed as investors processed yesterday's Fed announcement that it will begin to taper its monthly asset purchases, as well as the Bank of England's decision to hold off on raising rates, which appeared to surprise the markets.
