Roger D. Klein, MD JD is a former HHS Advisor to FDA, CMS and CDC, and the immediate past chair of the Association for Molecular Pathology’s (AMP’s) Solid Tumors Division. A physician and an attorney, Dr Klein served as an expert and key spokesperson in the lawsuit “Association for Molecular Pathology v. Myriad Genetics, Inc.” in which the U.S. Supreme Court invalidated patents on breast cancer genes.
