ECT for Depressed Patients With Borderline Personality Disorder

Previous recommendations and even APA guidelines have suggested that electroconvulsive therapy for depression is not as effective for patients with borderline personality disorder as it is for those without. This retrospective analysis of data from McLean Hospital suggests this assumption is not correct.
