Episode 13: Letting Go of your Thoughts

Okay, we admit, this isn't 20 minutes and it isn't even a yoga class per se, but it is an amazing guided meditation by an incredible human being, so we couldn't help but to throw it into the mix. This meditation guides you to a peaceful and still place where you watch your thoughts drift by and sink into a deep state of relaxation.
