This case was brought to our attention by my Wife’s co-worker; his wife was one of the pro-bono attorneys working on Richard’s case. I am a sucker for police/prosecutorial misconduct (hey, that’s the name of our show!) and this one, in my opinion, is up there. Twenty years gone and lives forever changed. I have great respect for the amazing attorneys that took on his case pro-bono and the Bronx DA Darcel Clark who was willing to give this case a thorough review.
