Benchmark Bourbon has been an 80 proof shelf dweller for a long time. Recently, the kind folks at Buffalo Trace expanded the lineup with 5 more offerings of varying proofs and expressions: Top Floor, Small Batch, Bonded, Full Proof, and Single Barrel. Will was in Kentucky recently to pick up the full line up for us to try on the show and give our critiques.
