Harsha L’Acqua is the founder and CEO of Saira Hospitality, "a non-profit transforming the way hotels connect with local communities through education.” In this episode she talks with Andrew about her background, the inspiration for starting Saira, and their upcoming projects.
She also talks about meeting Mother Theresa and the impact that her work had on Harsha and her sisters by seeing how much one person can help a community. Having worked in Mexico, British Virgin Islands, Namibia and beyond, she discusses working within different cultural mindsets.
