Circa Owner Details New High Tech Las Vegas Resort Casino | Ep. 8
Circa Resort Casino opens in December 2020 and it's on schedule. Owner and developer, Derek Stevens, talks about everything from the 3-story sportsbook and the pool area that will stay open year round to the high tech parking garage and restaurants.
