Anxiety? Loneliness? Apathy? Whether you are feeling "strong" emotions or "shut down" emotionally this meditation can support you. Years ago I used to get panic attacks and then one day I begin to learn that it was mostly my judgment of my perceived negative feelings that caused me to go over the edge like that.

Learning to be with our feelings without judging them is a powerful release allowing us to move through them with greater ease - rather than bottling them up, or repressing them.
