Self doubt is a natural part of being human. But it can, and must, be overcome. Instead of beating ourselves up over past mistakes and failures, we should recognize them as a treasure trove of opportunities to learn, and provide us with secret shortcuts to wisdom and growth. Having confidence in our abilities is a process. Sometimes a very challenging process. But we need to begin by celebrating small successes, and  surrounding ourselves with supportive and encouraging people.
