I had the pleasure of being interviewed by CSM-Canadian Spectrum Media INC.We discussed Common mental health problems in immigrants and newcomers. A wide range of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance abuse and a higher prevalence of severe mental illness and thoughts of suicide have been observed among immigrant populations.
