Disturbia (2007)

Bored out of his mind, Kale begins to spy on the people around him in his suburban neighborhood and discovers that one of them might just be a cold blooded killer. Together with his friends, Kale must expose the killer for who he really is, all while trying to keep himself out of trouble with the law.
