In this episode, we’re talking to Kharmika Alston, a Former US diplomat who made a major career pivot into Real Estate.    Kharmika is the founder of Live, Love Durham, a real estate brokerage which believes in transforming our community and creating new cycles of generational wealth.    Before she made the Pivot, Kharmika’s job was working as a US diplomat across the world, including Mexico and Amsterdam.
