Tray talks about how he first started at FFL, and looks back on how $180,000 per month seemed like the highest point in a Life Insurance Agencies' lifetime. "The agents on the team were happy because they were making a living selling, they were paying their bills, there wasn't a tremendous amount of turnover," says Tray, reminiscing on starting with Andrew Taylor, "no one was hiring a million people a month, and I thought 'this could be neat.'" Tray is an Elite Producer and Elite Trainer in Family First Life. In this podcast, Tray talks about his mindset on working with others, and how people has become his main focus in his business, and it has helped him excel.
