Marc speaks with newer agent Grady P. (Phoenix, Arizona) about failing as an entrepreneur for more than 10 years, and learning to turn that luck around. Grady tells the story of his career and how transitioning between many different industries not only helped him become who he is, but learned the support of his family. Although a veteran in sales, Grady describes the struggles of his first week in the field, and how he overcame it. "I'm going to spend our life savings on leads," says Grady to his wife, when first deciding to switch careers. "It was the best decision we ever made," he says. Between looking to provide for his family, and the importance of life insurance for the clients and families he serves, Grady has learned the ups and downs of the life insurance industry with the simple, yet complex experience of the life he has endured.
