#86 Death By Burpees - How Far Can You Get??

In this episode of The Movement Podcast, Jess and Isaac try out Death By Burpees.  

This workout is an EMOM (every minute on the minute) style workout.   

In minute 1 you do 1 burpee and rest for the remainder of the minute.. 

Minute 2 you do 2 burpees and rest the remainder of the minute.. 

Minute 3, 3 burpees 

Minute 4, 4 burpees etc..  

You do this for as long as you can continue completing the proper amount of burpees in each minute.  

We did full chest to floor burpees with a slight jump at the top but you can do a no push up burpee, no jump burpee, its completely scaleable  

Jess got to minute 15 

Isaac got to minute 21 (completed 14 burpees in the 21st minute)
