Vivien Azer, a senior analyst at Cowen, discussed Tilray's new partnership with Novartis and her outlook for the cannabis industry. Then Paula Glover, the CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy, came on to talk about their mission to get more minorities into the industry and involved in crafting the nation's energy policies.
