Colin Druhan has lived in Toronto for fifteen years, during which time he has consistently engaged with queer, trans and 2S communities through working and volunteering with organizations like The 519, the Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film a Video Festival and the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation. Colin joined Pride at Work Canada as Executive Director in 2014. Since then, he has prioritized the extension of the organization’s reach outside of Canada's largest cities into a wide range of communities across the country and has been watching the organization grow from 30 to over 140 corporate members. He frequently shares his expertise in workplace inclusion through public speaking and in writing for publications like HR Professional and IN Magazine. Felicia Carbajal is a queer Latinx values-based community organizer, social entrepreneur, change-maker and an innovator in the cannabis industry. Based in Los Angeles the United States Cannabis capital of the nation they have over two decades of experience in California’s cannabis market, getting their start in both the LGBTQ liberation and the medical cannabis movement in the mid 90’s. They have worked with world renowned cannabis medical professionals, consulted on numerous cannabis brands, and are a trusted resource for multiple patient and consumer communities. Currently they are the Executive Director of the 501c3 Social Impact Center.
