The Supreme Court says it won't immediately interfere with a Delhi High Court order granting bail to student-activists Natasha Narwal, Devangana Kalita and Asif Iqbal Tanha who are accused in the Delhi riots case. The Supreme Court says this case could have pan-India ramifications due to the way the UAPA has been interpreted. So, should the Delhi High Court order which was seen as defending the right to dissent be allowed to remain?
