Dave recently competed in the Legends Championship in San Diego, California and finished 2nd in the 65-plus division. He talks about how he found CrossFit, how sports helped him find direction when he was young, how CrossFit can improve Masters programming at the Games and what sport he hasn’t try that he would one day like to take on.
