#170 - Victor Dryere (1974: La Posesión de Altair)

From an 8mm projector in his parent’s home, Victor Dryere found inspiration for his found footage film “1974 La Posesión de Altair”. That inspiration took five years to come to fruition, but Victor explains how meticulous work and preparation superseded any complications. In the intro, the boys are joined by SF filmmaker and fellow podcaster, Benji Carver. Benji is a representative of the Another Hole in the Head Festival and dropped by to plug his programming block of the fest. Clark runs through seven movies he saw in two weeks while Randy and Russ recount their recent viewings. That last sentence is terribly vague because Clark forgot what movies were talked about while writing said sentence. Opening night of Another Hole in the Head film festival is December 1st!
